Network Operations Center (NOC)
Network Operation Center provides centralized management of RUNet and support of TD services by monitoring the Rutgers University network health and performance. Critical infrastructure is monitored 24×7 and the NOC provides communication of service disruptions to the University community.

- VLAN Administration
- Port Security
- IP Address Management and DNS (IPAM)
All Telecommunications Division data service requests or issues can be reported via service request. All reports are documented in the appropriate University’s Queue based Ticket system and routed to teams for resolution or further escalation.

- Saturday – CLOSED
- Sunday : CLOSED
For OFF-HOURS support call (848) 445-7541 option 1 and follow the menu options to report a critical service outage or connect with TD off-hours support teams.
